Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
  • We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or opened supplements due to health and safety regulations.

2. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-7 business days.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately.

  • Pre-Shipment Cancellation: 100% refund will be initiated immediately.
  • Post-Shipment Cancellation: If the order has already left our warehouse, we cannot cancel it. You may refuse delivery at the doorstep, and a refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges (if any).

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged product or a product you did not order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please take photos or a video of the unboxing to support your claim.
